October, November, and into December are busy deer shipment months. Please schedule your shipment as soon as you know your breeding date or at least 2 weeks in advance. If you schedule your shipment late, we cannot guarantee you will get your semen on time. We highly encourage combining shipments with neighbors or others with the same inseminator.
As soon as our shipper tank is empty, please leave the tank in the same location UPS left it as we have issued a call tag for its return.
We ask that you fill out a semen release form every time you sell or transfer semen. This form also applies if you want your own semen shipped to you. You can e-mail, fax, or snail mail the form to us.
To keep your semen stored at Interglobe Genetics, make sure we have a current address and phone number. Deer/Elk storage bills are sent out quarterly at a rate of $0.05/unit per month. There is a minimum quarterly charge of $5.00 per buck.
